Swiss Military is proud to stand by the quality & craftsmanship of our Premium Travel Gear which is covered by a 18 Months International Warranty from the date of original purchase. The warranty is against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. If found defective, your bag will be repaired or replaced free of charge by the company within a reasonable period of time, at its own discretion and its decision as to the nature of the defects & applicability of this Warranty, is final. To claim the warranty, either the Warranty card or copy of Invoice indicating the date of purchase and the seller's name should be presented.

This Warranty however does not cover normal wear & tear including deterioration, ageing, colour discolouration or fading, routine maintenance, loss, impact, accidental damage, zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches, improper care or misuse / unreasonable use or handling by a carrier / loss of use or consequential damages / alteration or repairs by unauthorised personnel. The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only up to repair / replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the Invoice / Cash memo.

Swiss Military makes no other warranties, whether expressed or implied and shall not be responsible under this warranty for any incidental or consequential damages whether foreseeable or not. Any disputes arising out of the applicability / usage warranty are subject to Indian laws having New Delhi jurisdiction only.
